Speaking through his official Twitter account, WWE superstar Santino Marella confirmed that he suffered a neck injury at the WWE RAW World Tour live event on Friday night in Austin, Texas against Tensai and that he would be undergoing an MRI scan today.
My neck IS in fact tweaked, not sure how bad. MRI in a few mins, hoping its just severe inflammation causing the pain, fingers crossed!

Santino was replaced on the house show loop by Jamie Noble, who worked both the Saturday and Sunday night events against Tensai.
