New Japan Pro Wrestling announced today that Jay Lethal will be defending his ROH World Championship on January 4th, 2016 at Wrestle Kingdom 10 in Tokyo, Japan against Michael Elgin.

Lethal is scheduled to defend his title at ROH Final Battle against AJ Styles, however Styles’ status is in question as he is dealing with injuries, which also puts his match at Wrestle Kingdom 10 against Shinsuke Nakamura for the IWGP Intercontinental Championship in doubt.
