All Elite Wrestling President Tony Khan announced on his official Twitter account that Rocky Romero will face off against Mistico in a battle of two current CMLL champions as part of the October 20th episode of AEW Rampage on TNT, and in select international markets via AEWPlus.com.

Mistico (formerly Sin Cara) is the current CMLL World Middleweight Champion, while Rocky Romero currently holds the CMLL World Historic Welterweight Championship.
