Mysterio faced off against Karrion Kross as part of Friday’s episode of WWE SmackDown, and during Saturday’s WWE Royal Rumble, WWE ran an angle where Mysterio was to enter at #17, with Dominik Mysterio entering at #18, holding Rey’s mask, implying that he and potentially The Judgment Day had attacked Rey Mysterio prior to his entrance.
