WWE are reported to have signed Cruiserweight Classic competitors Kota Ibushi and Gran Metalik (the former Mascara Dorada) to WWE NXT deals, according to a report from PWTorch.com.

The report also notes that WWE has several other wrestlers in the tournament on their radar including Zack Sabre Jr, Cedric Alexander, Lince Dorado, Akira Tozawa and Jack Gallagher and that the overseas signings are usually complex and could take longer than the wrestlers that reside in the United States.
