While many considered TNA Wrestling to be in the hottest period in the history of the company right now, it appears that there is some talk that other talent will be departing the company, which isn’t 100% confirmed, this according to Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com who notes that UNA Mobile Transformation LLC filed a lawsuit against the company on March 1st in the United States District Court of Delaware alleging that TNA Wrestling had violated their patent and trademark on how advertisement are delivered in TNA Wrestling’s videos.
Johnson notes in his report that it is believed that UNA Mobile Transformation LLC are stating that they created and patented how the ads were to be displayed and delivered through the company and that TNA Wrestling violated that in a video of Sting on the European Tour demanding a jury trial.
TNA Wrestling have yet to respond to the charges however it should be noted that UNA Mobile Transformation LLC have filed four other similar lawsuits since the beginning of 2012.
