Former WWE women’s wrestler Serena Deeb is said to be in discussions with the WWE about appearing in next month’s Mae Young Classic Tournament, according to a report from Pro Wrestling Sheet.
Deeb wrestled in Ohio Valley Wrestling, SHIMMER Women Athletes and various other independent promotions prior to joining WWE, where she became a member of the Straight Edge Society alongside CM Punk, Luke Gallows and Joey Mercury.
As of now, WWE has only confirmed four names for the tournament which kicks off filming in July which are Toni Storm, Princesa Sugehit and WWE NXT talents Lacey Evans and Sarah Logan.
