With Sting becoming the first man to be inducted into the TNA Wrestling Hall of Fame on Saturday night and several names including Lex Luger, Hulk Hogan and Dixie Carter discussing their thoughts of Sting, a report from Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com notes that over the weekend, the word making the rounds was that TNA Wrestling reached out to Ric Flair to appear at the TNA Hall of Fame and discuss his thoughts of Sting, however “The Nature Boy” rejected the offer and turned down the invitation.

Despite Flair not showing up at the TNA Hall of Fame on Saturday night, Sting spoke of him as one of the all-time greats alongside Hulk Hogan.
