The following are the results of the February 17th edition of WWE RAW, which took place from the Pepsi Center in Denver, Colorado. This is the final RAW before the Elimination Chamber pay-per-view this Sunday.
In Ring Segment
John Cena salutes the camera and runs to the ring to open up tonight’s RAW. Cena is quickly interrupted by Cesaro and Zeb Colter, who boast about their victory over Randy Orton this past Friday on SmackDown. Cena congratulates him, but says that only means that Orton is on a losing streak. Sheamus then makes his way to the ring, and claims he will win this Sunday at the Elimination Chamber match. Christian’s music hits, and he says he will hit the “Kill Switch” Sunday to become the new WWE Champion. Orton comes out, and once again reminds us that he is the face of the WWE, and he will defeat everyone this Sunday to remain the champ. The biggest ovation is left for Daniel Bryan, who is the final one to make his way to the ring. He says that he lets the WWE Universe do the speaking for him… “Yes! Yes! Yes!” Bryan is interrupted by Kane, who says that he has been left in control for tonight’s RAW. He confirms that Sheamus will face Orton in the main event tonight, and announces that Cesaro will square off with Cena as well. Kane says we are left with Christian and Daniel Bryan, which will take place right now, with Kane remaining at ring side!
Singles Match
Daniel Bryan defeated Christian by pin fall. After the match, Kane grabs the mic and informs Daniel Bryan that he has one more match tonight, against him! Kane takes his suit jacket off, and climbs into the ring. The match will start after the break.
Singles Match
Daniel Bryan defeated Kane by disqualification. Kane continued to attack the injured shoulder of Bryan after the match, and grabs the mic again and says, “Yeah I know, I’m disqualified,” and smirks.
Backstage Segment
Renee Young is with The Shield, and announces that Roman Reigns will be facing Mark Henry tonight on RAW. Ambrose says he can’t believe Henry showed up tonight after the beating he gave him last week. Reigns laughs, and says that Ambrose lost to him last week. Ambrose says that he softened Henry up for Reigns. Young asks if The Shield should try to get on the same page before they face The Wyatt Family this Sunday. Rollins said that they are always on the same page, and Reigns ends the segment with “Believe in The Shield,” and all three members join fists in unity.
Singles Match
Fandango (w/Summer Rae) defeated Santino (w/Emma) by pin fall. During the match, it looks like Santino and Emma will have a romance angle to it.
After the match, Mark Henry is in the back getting ready for his match against Roman Reigns. Renee Young catches up with him, and Henry says that tonight is not about titles, it’s about inducting someone into the Hall of Pain.
Singles Match
Roman Reigns (w/Seth Rollins & Dean Ambrose) defeated Mark Henry by pin fall. After the match, The Wyatt Family appeared on the big screen, and Bray cut a promo. Reigns grabs a mic, and tells Bray to “come out here and talk that noise.” Bray says, he was thinking the same thing, and The Wyatt Family make their way to the ring! The Wyatts enter the ring this time, and face off with The Shield, but eventually exit the ring.
Singles Match
Jack Swagger (w/Zeb Colter) defeated Kofi Kingston by submission. After the match, Big E’s music hits, and he makes his way to the ring. The two have a stare down prior to their Intercontinental Championship match this Sunday at the Elimination Chamber PPV. Big E has a match after the break, and Swagger and Zeb will have a ringside view of it.
2-On-1 Handicap Match
Big E defeated Jinder Mahal & Drew McIntyre by pin fall. During the match, Zeb Colter was pretty funny on the mic insulting Big E.
Video Segments
After the match, Lana and Alexander Rusev are shown in a video promo.
After the break, Ron Simmons is featured in this weeks WWE Black History Month video tribute.
The structure of the Elimination Chamber is highlighted, and the rules of the match are discussed.
Backstage Segment
Renee Young is with John Cena, and she gets his thoughts on the match this Sunday. Cena says that the WWE locker room is full of young talents who can be WWE Champion, but they have to go through him. Tonight he says that we will see what Cesaro is made of.
Singles Match
John Cena defeated Cesaro (w/Jack Swagger & Zeb Colter) by pin fall. This was a great match, and Cesaro was really showcased in the match.
Backstage Segment
After the break, Randy Orton is in the back and thanks Triple H for all he has done for him in the past, and everything he will do for him in the future. He says he never should have doubted him, and that they go way back, back to the Evolution days. Orton then goes on to rip Batista, and how he could never be the face of the WWE, and how they used to carry him in the group. Batista was standing behind Orton the entire time, and he says that Orton isn’t the face of the WWE, but the “a** of the WWE.” Orton walks away, and in comes Alberto Del Rio sporting a neck brace! Del Rio says he’ll be there this Sunday, and hopes that Batista doesn’t need his arms for WrestleMania, because Del Rio is breaking them at Elimination Chamber. Batista looks at his arms, then shoves Del Rio into the wall, to Triple H’s disapproval.
Renee Young informs us of a new match made for the Elimination Chamber pay-per-view, which has Titus O’Neil facing his former tag partner Darren Young. Titus says that Young was preventing him from becoming a champion. He asks Young to spell champion, but he tells her it’s spelled T-I-T-U-S. He mocks her, and tells her that she did another great job conducting this interview.
6-Man Tag Team Match
The Wyatt Family defeated Sin Cara & Los Matadores by pin fall.
Singles Match
Jey Uso (w/Jimmy Uso) defeated Billy Gunn (w/Road Dogg) by pin fall. After the match The Usos flew over the top rope, and onto The New Age Outlaws.
Backstage Segment
Sheamus discusses his match with Randy Orton tonight, prior to the Elimination Chamber match this Sunday.
Singles Match
Sheamus defeated Randy Orton by disqualification. The Shield ran in and attacked Sheamus, which caused the DQ finish. Both John Cena and Daniel Bryan ran down to help Sheamus, and even up the odds against The Shield. The lights then go out, and The Wyatt Family are in the ring when the lights turn back on. The Shield and The Wyatts finally come to blows in the ring, while the Elimination Chamber participants attack each other. RAW ends with everyone brawling in the ring, leading up to the Elimination Chamber PPV!
