According to a report from entertainment website TMZ, rapper and Urban Wrestling Federation (UWF) superstar, 40 Glocc, was arrested earlier this year in Las Vegas, Nevada after police officers stated that he nearly choked his girlfriend to death three times in one single day.

Police reports obtained by TMZ note that 40 Glocc was arrested on October 3rd, 2011 after he allegedly assaulted his girlfriend. Police officers state that 40 Glocc accused his girlfriend of playing him, so he hit her several times about the head, face, legs and rib area and then proceeded to chok her to the point where she could not speak or breathe.

40 Glocc was taken to a nearby jail, where he has been charged with three counts of domestic battery and strangulation and coercion with force, with a representative for the rapper/wrestler noting that his legal team are working on his release and are hopeful that he’ll be released from prison very soon.
