The following results are from a recent Pro Wrestling Syndicate live event. The event took place at the Rahway Recreation Center on March 9th, 2012 in Rahway, New Jersey.
In Ring Segment
Pat Buck came to the ring and thanked people for coming and said that he’s got something to get off his chest and is being honest as it’s his first show. Buck says that Sid Vicious called him at 10am this morning to tell him that his wallet was stolen at a deli so Sid ended up missing his 6am flight and wouldn’t be here tonight. Buck says that fans shouldn’t read into that as Sid has a bad business track record so he proceeded to phone Sid’s number and have the fans boo him. Buck then gave out Sid’s legit phone number and said that they have booked extra names to cover for Sid no showing.
Falls Count Anywhere Match
Balls Mahoney defeated Marty Jannetty. In a bit of a scary moment following the match, Balls Mahoney began puking on the outside. Mahoney then got on the mic and apologized to the fans about it.
Singles Match
Brett Gayika defeated CJ Esparza.
Singles Match
Eddie Kingston defeated Kevin Matthews via disqualification due to interference from Devon Moore and a masked wrestler in a Michael Myers mask who appeared to be The Amazing Red. Lot of fans chanting Homicide based off his past with that mask but there was no way it was him.
PWS Tri-State Championship Match
Tony Nese (c) defeated Alex Reynolds.
Singles Match
Matt Hardy defeated Jay Lethal.
7 Man Elimination Rules Match
The Amazing Red defeated AR Fox, Brian XL, Devon Moore, Gran Akuma, Samuray del Sol and Zema Ion.
Singles Match
One Warrior Nation defeated Smith James.
PWS Tag Team Championship Match
The Long Rangers (John Silver and Pat Buck) (c) vs. The Powers of Pain (The Warlord and The Barbarian) was declared a no contest.
Singles Match
Dan Maff defeated Jerry Lynn. Following the match Jerry Lynn got on the mic and said that due to injuries, this looks like being his last year in wrestling and said that he wants everyone to give Dan Maff a round of applause as Maff hurt his back during their match but kept going and saif that’s an example of how dangerous the business is and people’s dedication towards it. Lynn says that he’s been in the business for over 24 years and wants to go out on his terms.
Singles Match
The Sheik (w/Abdullah The Butcher) defeated MASADA (w/Ox Baker).
Triple Threat Match
Reby Sky defeated Brittney Savage and Spyra Andover.
PWS Heavyweight Championship Match
Sami Callihan defeated Colt Cabana. Following the match Devon Moore, the masked wrestler and Kevin Matthews came to the ring and attacked Callihan while keeping Cabana away from helping out. Matthews said that he told everyone this was coming and dared someone to come save Colt and Sami and said that this is the Reality Check’s building and their title and dares someone to save these two. Jay Lethal hit the ring and chased the men off with a chair. Reality Check said that they don’t have a problem with Jay Lethal, who then proceeded to turn heel nailing the Lethal Combination on Callihan and revealing a Reality Check t-shirt. The Masked Man unmasked to reveal himself as The Amazing Red as the group raised their arms to end the show.
