OZ Academy have announced that Jaguar Yokota and Mayumi Ozaki have made an application to the Guinness World Records as the oldest female pair to win Tag Team Championships in professional wrestling.

The announcement notes that The Guinness World Records are in the process of confirming whether 62-year-old Yokota and 54-year-old Ozaki are now the holders of the record, and if it is made official, then a certifier will be invited to appear at OZ Academy’s August 20th event at Korakuen Hall in Tokyo, Japan to formally reveal Yokota and Ozaki as holders of the record.
