– There is speculation that the big angle the company have planned will close out WWE RAW 1000 this Monday. The company are looking to have the same reaction from fans to this angle that there was to the Nexus angle and CM Punk angle. Those who know of the angle are being tightlipped about it, however speculation is rife amongst wrestlers and staff as to what it may be.

– The official WWE website is teasing that The Rock may get involved in the WWE Championship match between CM Punk and John Cena this Monday.

– Steve Austin is currently not pencilled in for an appearance on RAW 1000, however many expect that he will be there, despite him filming Grownups 2 alongside Adam Sandler.

– There are said to be a bunch of former midcard talents booked for Monday’s show, with a potential battle royal set to take place on the show featuring talent from the past and present.

– Mick Foley was a guest on Busted Open Radio recently and noted that while he will be appearing at RAW 1000, he is unaware of his role on the show.

– As we mentioned exclusively on the website recently, a surprise return for The Undertaker is also scheduled on the show, however no one knows who his target is and whether this will start a build towards WrestleMania 29, or whether the company will hold back on those plans until after WWE Summerslam or the WWE Survivor Series pay-per-view.

– In the same exclusive, which you can access by clicking the link above, Abraham Washington is one of the names touted to be revealed as the WWE RAW General Manager and commented on the matter on his Twitter account noting, “I’m throwing my name in the hat for RAW GM. I’m the best qualified and suited for the position. “You can’t have R”AW” without AW. ?#Vote4Me”

– Jim Ross commented on his Twitter account that he will be in St.Louis, Missouri for WWE RAW 1000 and told fans to expect lots of surprises, stating “I’m excited on being in St. L for #RAW1000 & seeing many old friends, WWE HOFers & Legends. Expect lots of surprises. RAW’s special 2 me.”

– WWE Hall of Famer, “Rowdy” Roddy Piper, noted on his official Twitter account that he will be having a sit down meeting with WWE Champion CM Punk at WWE RAW 1000 and heavily praised Punk in the process. Piper tweeted, “Watched @CMPunk on Raw. A great job. I fought Andre so many times going to sit down with Punk at 1000 Raw a tell him a secret. He’s worth it!”
