WWE have reportedly signed Japanese women’s wrestler Kairi Hojo, best known for her work with the STARDOM promotion, to a three-year developmental contract, according to a report from Dave Meltzer of The Wrestling Observer.
The report notes that Hojo had turned down a WWE offer months ago and told STARDOM that she was staying, but has apparently changed her mind, which made the promotion feel misled and that WWE NXT superstar Shinsuke Nakamura had been one of the names pushing for her to join the company.
