New Japan Pro Wrestling crowned new IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Champions during today’s NJPW Road To Wrestling Dontaku 2023 Day 6 event at the Hiroshima Sun Plaza in Hiroshima, Japan as the Intergalactic Jet Setters (Kevin Knight & KUSHIDA) defeated Catch 2/2 (Francesco Akira & TJP) to become the new Champions.
Knight & KUSHIDA’s victory brings an end to Akira and TJP’s 311-day reign as the Champions.
