In an update on the Jim Neidhart legal situation for contempt of court, as he was in court to respond to pre-existing charges back on March 14th, the former WWE Tag Team Champion had a hearing on April 12th in Tampa, Florida and will be released to the Salvation Army in the Tampa, Florida substance abuse in-house rehabilitation program as soon as a bed is available.
Neidhart was sentenced to 5 months and 29 days of jail to served concurrent with any other charges back on March 14th and will serve the end of his jail term in the in-house rehabilitation program.
