As we revealed last night, TNA star Matt Morgan has been granted his request to be released from his contract.  Morgan commented on his TNA release earlier today, writing on his Twitter,  “Id like to truly thank Tna for my awesome experience there along with granting  me my release. This is what is best for my career&family.”

TNA on-air General Manager Hulk Hogan was asked about  Morgan’s release on his Twitter, to which Hogan replied, “I have no idea what’s  going on with his situiation. HH”

There is still no word yet as to whether WWE are interested in signing Morgan, having previously expressed a desire to re-sign Morgan when his last TNA contract expired.
