Michael Cole has taken to Twitter to defend himself after some fans accused him of faking laughter during The Rock’s promo on Raw this Monday.  Cole said:

“I love all these folks who claim I was “faking” laughter during @TheRock promo last night! If you weren’t laughing out loud at both rock and @CMPunk you have missed the whole point of what they do. Entertain”

Both Cole and Jerry Lawler were heard on commentary laughing during Rock’s promo.
