New Japan Pro Wrestling superstar Michael Elgin underwent successful surgery on his broken orbital bone using a bone graft from his hip, according to a report from The Wrestling Observer Newsletter.

The report notes that Elgin flew home back on October 21st and it is believed that his eye is still swollen, but that he is already back in the gym and is hopeful to be able to work the WrestleKingdom event on January 4th, 2017.
