Following the appearance of a masked female superstar at Tuesday’s TNA Impact Wrestling tapings in Orlando, Florida, many professional wrestling fans have taken to various social media websites including Facebook and Twitter to state that the female in question is former WWE Women’s Champion, Melina Perez, who was quick to respond to such speculation.

Speaking via her Twitter account, Melina tweeted that everyone is seemingly funny and that she has not joined TNA Wrestling, noting that if she was heading to any promotion, she would inform her fans first and foremost.

It will be interesting to see who the female superstar is when she’s finally revealed.
