MASKED REPUBLIC LAUNCHES WHOLESALE PROGRAM FOR WRESTLING PROMOTIONS, WEBSITES & INDEPENDENT WRESTLERS
Masked Republic to make popular logo t-shirts, officially licensed luchador t-shirts and upcoming Lucha PopCouture apparel line available for wholesale purchase allowing pro wrestling promoters and stars to become official resellers of company products.
For five years now, Masked Republic has been the only company in the United States independently licensing popular luchadors’ likeness rights and creating officially licensed merchandise on which the stars earn royalties. Additionally, the company has created dozens of original designs, including their “Lucha Libre EST” t-shirt which was available in Urban Outfitter stores throughout the country. Now, after inquiries from a number of promoters and independent wrestlers, the company has created a wholesale program allowing for expanding retail opportunities while creating a new revenue source for the program’s participants.

Rudy Gonzalez, owner of the Texas Wrestling Academy, promoter of Texas Wrestling Entertainment/AIWF Texas, and renowned former head trainer of the Shawn Michaels Wrestling Academy, which launched the careers of a number of WWE Superstars including Daniel Bryan, Brian Kendrick and Paul London, is the first to become an official reseller of Masked Republic apparel. Fans who attend tonight’s AIWF Texas event in Odessa, TX will be able to purchase the Masked Republic x Pale Horse “MR ’15 Logo” and Masked Republic’s officially licensed Familia De Tijuana “Skull” T-shirt at the event. “We are very happy to be able to bring Masked Republic apparel to our fans locally in Texas,” Gonzalez said. “The Masked Republic brand is becoming very popular with not only the wrestlers themselves but our fans too, and this is a great way to be able to bring them the chance to get some of the best selling designs in person rather than having to order online and wait for delivery.”
