After attending a party with WWE Monday Night RAW superstar R-Truth prior to the WWE Survivor Series pay-per-view where it was alleged that both men had smoked synthetic marijuana which resulted in Evan Bourne being immediately suspended and R-Truth’s suspension being announced after the pay-per-view event, Bourne is now being considered as an outcast in the WWE locker room and has major heat on him backstage for “ratting out” Truth smoking on the night in question, as he was booked in the main event of Survivor Series alongside The Miz to face the team of John Cena and The Rock and it could have put the match in serious jeopardy.
In speaking to a key WWE source, as mentioned above, Bourne is being labelled as an outcast and has all the heat, while R-Truth is walking around without any heat. The source noted that the news only came about in the middle of December, which resulted in Triple H having a backstage conversation with Bourne at a RAW taping and expressing his feelings. Vince McMahon also met with Bourne about all the drama that has occured since then at last week’s WWE RAW tapings and the feeling was that everything would calm itself down, however there’s still major heat on the Tag Team Champion.
There are plans to have Epico and Primo win the WWE Tag Team Championship soon from Air Boom (Evan Bourne and Kofi Kingston), however the title change is NOT attributed to anything related with Evan Bourne’s heat, as the company have had plans to put the titles on Epico and Primo for a few weeks. It should also be wise to note that Bourne’s position with the company is still the same and he is not in jeopardy of losing his job with the company.
