CMLL announced yesterday that Electrico suffered a broken left leg at a spot show this weekend and he would be out of action for at least 3 months.

Some notes from the CMLL press conference today: They announced that their will be a Torneo Cibernetico por el Leyenda Azul but didn’t announce a date but it will be soon.

Taichi Ishikari will be starting up on 9/5 and Prince Devitt on 9/12.

The 79th Anniversario show will take place on 9/14 with Rey Cometa vs. Puma King – Mascara contra Mascara and Rush vs. Damian el Terrible – Caballera contra Caballera as the top matches.

CMLL 8/19 – Arena Coliseo
1. Genesis & Horus vs. Guerrero Negro Jr. & Herodes Jr.
2. Mini Fantasy/Pequeno Halcon/Shockercito defeated Mercurio/Pequeno Warrior/Universito Dos Mil by DQ when Mercurio fouled Fantasy.
3. Pegasso/Starman/Stigma beat Cancerbero/Hooligan/Nitro who suffered a broken kneecap in two places and will be out at least for 6-8 months.
4. Lightning Match: Guerrero Maya Jr. defeated Misterioso II
5. Diamante/Diamante Azul/Valiente beat Kraneo/Olimpico/Psicosis
6. Angel de Oro/La Mascara/La Sombra defeated Felino/Negro Casas/Rey Escorpion with Angel going over Casas clean again. Angel wants another shot at the NWA Welterweight Title but Negro declined.

CMLL 8/20 – Arena Puebla
1. Asturiano/Dinamico/Millenium beat Akron/Ares/Sauron
2. Bobby Zavala/Escandalo/Hijo del Signo defeated Hombre Bala Jr./Stigma/Super Halcon Jr.
3. Lightning Match: Princesa Blanca beat Luna Magica
4. Namajague/Shigeo Okumura/Vangelis defeated Fuego/Sagrado/Stuka Jr.
5. Ephesto/Mephisto/Misterioso II beat Angel de Oro/Mistico II/Valiente by countout when Mistico crashed and burned on a dive and was counted out before being stretchered out.
6. Volador Jr. defeated Mr. Niebla by DQ when Zacarias el Perico who had been brawling with Mije all match came in as Volador had Niebla finished and ripped off his mask. This was the match of the night.

2. Nitrito/Pequeno Olimpico/Pequeno Warrior defeated Aereo/Astral/Shockercito
3. Lightning Match: Princesa Blanca beat Dalis la Caribena in the battle of the Casas sister-in-laws.
4. Pegasso/Rey Cometa/Triton defeated Arkangel de la Muerte/Nosferatu/Puma King who was pinned again by Cometa using a Casita and this time he accepted Cometa’s mask match challenge.
5. Blue Panther/Delta/Guerrero Maya Jr. beat Black Warrior/Namajague/Shigeo Okumura
6. Atlantis/Diamante/Titan defeated Mr. Niebla/Niebla Roja/Polvora

2. Centrvion & Dinamic Black defeated Comando Negro & Eita by countout when Negro injured his knee on a dive.

4. Super Libre: Heddi Karaoui/Pirata Morgan/Barba Roja defeated La Familia de Tijuana (Damian 666/Bestia 666/X-Fly) when Pirata fouled and pinned Damian.

Lucha Fan Fest 8/19 – Centro Banamex del Distrito Federal (AAA TV taping)
1. Fabi Apache/Dinastia/Pimpinela Escarlata beat Sexy Star/Mini Histeria/Yuriko

AAA Cruiserweight champion Juventud Guerrera came out before the next match and talked about how he was injured by Daga the day before but he would still compete here which would bring out Zema Ion who is the TNA X Division champion and he challenged Juvy to a title vs. title match. Daga would come out before an answer and ragged on Juvy prompting a slap to his face which earned Juvy a beatdown from the rudos and he had to be helped out thus not competing in the next match being replaced by Fenix.

2. Daga/Dark Dragon/Psicosis Original defeated Fenix/Joe Lider/Samuray del Sol
3. AAA Trios Titles: El Consejo (Hijo del Texano/Mascara Ano Dos Mil Jr./Toscano) beat The Psycho Circus (Monster Clown/Murder Clown/Psycho Clown) to retain their titles when MA2K fouled and pinned Murder.
4. Electroshock & Vampiro defeated Chessman & Ultimo Gladiador but after the match Konnan & Dorian Roldan promised that revenge was coming for Vampiro as they were making an immediate match between Vamp & Chessman because in Vamp’s AAA contract there is a clause where they can book him in matches whenever they want.
5. Chessman beat Vampiro in 1 second with Vamp turning around and eating a big spear.
6. Cibernetico & Dr. Wagner Jr. (wearing an Angry Birds style mask) defeated Halloween & Silver Kain by DQ when Los Traumas along with the rest of the Perros attacked Ciber which brought out La Secta Bizarra Cibernetica out for another wild brawl.

1. Blue Man/Capitan America/Huniko beat Los Bikers I y II/Kenich
2. Avata/Dragon/Impostor Jr. defeated Galactico/Tiger Man/Tigre Oriental
3. Muneco Infernal & Profeta beat Maquina 45 Jr. & Sin Limite
4. Cobarde Retirement Match: El Cobarde/Cobarde Jr./Impostor defeated Blue Panther/Rey Escorpion/Villano IV with Cobarde going over V-4 and fans throwing money in the ring afterwards.
5. Mascara Sagrada & Shocker beat L.A. Par-K & Latin Lover in a match full of comedy and foules especially the last fall.
