L.A. Par-K formally announced today that he has ended his working relationship with AAA and will strictly be an independent contractor from now on. This announcement was looming after he showed up at the Todos x Todos press conference last week confronting Dr. Wagner Jr. saying that AAA couldn’t get a mask match between them done. Par-K thanked the Roldan family for giving him 3 good years in the promotion that made him a star and it was great working with old friends and making new ones. Par-K said that AAA is and will be a great promotion but he is a “hippie” and he likes to have his freedom to do whatever he wants whenever he wants and now he must continue traveling his own road. Par-K currently holds the AAA Latin American Title so I expect a tournament coming soon.
Latin Lover announced at the Hector Garza benefit show at Arena Solidaridad on Sunday that he has retired from lucha libre for good and is focusing fully on his entertainment career.
Marco Corleone tweeted today that he would be out of action a few weeks with the knee injuries he suffered in his car wreck coming home from Arena Puebla last Monday.
