Although it is several months away and plans and a venue change can always happen, as of writing, it is expected that the 2012 WWE Survivor Series pay-per-view will take place at the Consol Energy Center on November 18th in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

WWE will be making an announcement on the matter in the coming weeks.
