– WWE Hall of Famers Ric Flair and Bret “The Hitman” Hart were spotted by fans today entering the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the location of tonight’s WWE RAW, which should give an indication that they will be appearing on the show.
– Brock Lesnar is featured on the promotional poster for the June 16th WWE Payback pay-per-view event. As of writing, it is unknown who Lesnar will work a feud with post-WrestleMania.
– Former WWE superstar Matt Hardy announced his engagement to Reby Sky earlier this afternoon on Twitter. Our congratulations go out to the happy couple.
– WWE officials have held discussions about calling Kassius Ohno up to the main roster post-WrestleMania. Officials are happy with the current Ohno/Regal feud on WWE NXT, however it is unknown as to whether that will continue when Ohno debuts on the main roster.
– Following the announcement today that Arnold Schwarzenegger would induct Bruno Sammartino into the WWE Hall of Fame, the current inductors list looks like so. Arnold to induct Bruno, Lita to induct Trish Stratus, Terry Funk to induct Mick Foley, Maria Menounos to induct Bob Backlund and Stevie Ray to induct Booker T. No name has been confirmed to induct Donald Trump yet, however the belief is that one of Trump’s family members or Vince McMahon will do the honors.
– Speaking of the WWE Hall of Fame, WWE officials have considered turning Booker T heel after WrestleMania and testing how he would come across as a heel on-air authority figure.
– There is talk that Stephanie McMahon will be in Triple H’s corner for his match against Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 29, which might explain her recent boxing video.
– Alberto del Rio and Jack Swagger are both said to have unique entrances planned for the WrestleMania 29 pay-per-view. As for Rock and Cena, both are keeping their entrances close to their chest this year. The expectation with Cena is that he always has an amazing WrestleMania entrance, so it will be interesting to see what he has planned for this year.
– WWE Hall of Famer J.J. Dillon has been added to the Mid-Atlantic Legends Fanfest this August in Charlotte.
– The Miz recently spoke to Sam Roberts on a various range of subjects including his response to comments made by CM Punk in his Best in the World DVD, getting kicked out of the locker room early in his career, earning the respect of his peers, working for Vince McMahon and more.
