Following a charge filed against former TNA World Heavyweight Champion, Kurt Angle, on September 3rd, 2011, where Angle was cited for driving erratically on Interstate 66, the case against the 1996 Olympic Gold Medalist, has been resolved.

According to the Warren County Report records, an attorney representing Kurt, entered a plea of no contest to the reckless driving charge. Angle was arrested on the scene back in September, when a state trooper charged Kurt with driving under the influence, after initial field tests recorded that Kurt blew a .091 blood alcohol level on his breathalyzer tests, however Angle later blew .06, therefore the state dropped the case.
