Kevin Sullivan, best known for his work with Championship Wrestling From Florida and World Championship Wrestling/Jim Crockett Promotions, has passed away at the age of 74.
Sullivan, who began his in-ring career in September 1970, called time on his in-ring career after a match against Brian Pillman Jr. (WWE NXT’s Lexis King) that was declared a No Contest at ECCW Ballroom Brawl 12 on July 13th, 2019 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
Sullivan won numerous titles during his career and was a three-time AWA Southern Tag Team Champion, a two-time Continental United States Heavyweight Champion, a two-time ECW World Tag Team Champion, a one-time NWA Florida Heavyweight Champion, a four-time NWA Florida Tag Team Champion, a one-time NWA Mid-America Television Champion, a three-time NWA National Television Champion, a one-time NWA United States Tag Team Champion, a two-time NWA World Tag Team Champion, a one-time WCW United States Tag Team Champion and a one-time WCW World Tag Team Champion amongst other achievements.
