Preston City Wrestling announced on their official website that Ring of Honor World Champion Kevin Steen will be appearing at their Springslam event on April 26th, 2013 at the Lava & Ignite Club in Preston, England.

ECW legend Tommy Dreamer has also been announced for the show, with 2 more names to be confirmed as appearing in the coming weeks.
