KENTA vs Eddie Edwards set for Capital Collision!

STRONG Openweight title match set for DC

Championship action has been added to Capital Collision on April 15, as KENTA will defend STRONG Openweight gold against IMPACT Wrestling’s Eddie Edwards.

It was by hook and crook that KENTA retained the STRONG Openweight Championship against Minoru Suzuki at Multiverse United March 30, a low blow and feet on the ropes ending the bout and giving KENTA his first defence with the STRONG gold. Backstage after his match, the BULLET CLUB member would be confronted by Eddie Edwards, a man with whom KENTA is well familiar.

A young Edwards shared locker rooms in Pro-Wrestling NOAH one decade ago, and Edwards was keen to tell the STRONG Openweight Champion he isn’t the ‘young boy’ that KENTA remembers. The champion was skeptical, and sneered that ‘you’re still my young boy’, but now the test will be in the ring April 15 in DC!
