New Japan Pro Wrestling star Katsuyori Shibata is off this week’s New Japan live events with an unspecified cervical spine injury.

As of writing, there is no word as to the severity of the injury and how long Shibata will be out of action as he is scheduled to defend his NEVER Openweight Championship against Bobby Fish this Saturday.
