SHIMMER Women Athletes sent out the following:

SHIMMER – WOMEN ATHLETES is proud announce the debut of joshi competitor YUU YAMAGATA during the month of April! She will be a part of the SHIMMER 54-57 tapings on April 13th & 14th at the Berwyn Eagles Club in Berwyn, IL!

Yuu Yamagata is a twelve year veteran of professional wrestling. She got her start in the ARSION promotion, debuting in December of 2000 against Mariko Yoshida. Yamagata soon moved on to become a part of Kaientai Dojo, training under TAKA Michinoku. She currently competes most frequently on shows promoted by Pro Wrestling WAVE. In just four weeks time, she will head to the United States to make her SHIMMER debut!
