Daniel Cena, a police sergeant in West Newbury, Massachuestts and the brother of current WWE Monday Night RAW superstar, John Cena, has reportedly filed a $500,000 civil lawsuit against the Neptune nightclub in Massachusetts, after he was seriously injured in February 2007 following a crash with a drunk driver, who had been drinking at the nightclub prior to the incident.

According to court documents, Daniel’s lawsuit includes $109,000 in lost wages and $42,000 in medical expenses and he is scheduled for a court hearing later this month with a trial date in early 2012.
