WWE superstar turned actor John Cena made an appearance during tonight’s WWE Money in the Bank Premium Live Event and announced that he will retire from the WWE in 2025.
Cena noted that it would be a Farewell Tour of appearances including WWE RAW’s move to Netflix, his last Royal Rumble Match his last Elimination Chamber Match, and stated that next year’s WrestleMania 41 Premium Live Event in Las Vegas, Nevada will be the last WrestleMania he competes on.
Cena noted on the post-show press conference that with WrestleMania being the last one he competes on, that it won’t be his last match, with current plans for him to wrestle until December 2025.
