WWE Hall of Famer Jimmy “Superfly” Snuka appeared in court in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania this morning and pled not guilty to charges of murdering his then-girlfriend Nancy Argentino back in 1983. Snuka also noted that his mental health is poor and that he is suffering from early onset dementia.

The presiding Judge in the murder case, Judge Kelly L. Banach, issued a gag order against the prosecution and defense this week preventing both sides from speaking publicly about the case, an initial request that was made by Chief Deputy District Attorney Charles Gallagher III after he was contacted by “Dateline” for an interview about the case, which led to Snuka’s defense attorney Robert Kirwan claiming that the series could be working with the Argentino family.
