In an update on WWE RAW superstar Jeff Hardy being arrested over the weekend in Concord, North Carolina for driving while impaired, a report from TMZ notes that according to police sources, Hardy submitted to a breathalyzer test after crashing his car into a guard rail and blew a .25, which is three times over the legal limit.

Hardy is scheduled to appear in court on April 16th regarding the matter.
