Japanese women’s wrestler Io Shirai, who was on the WWE’s radar during last year, reportedly rejected a chance to appear in Ring Of Honor Wrestling’s Women of Honor Tournament, feeling as thought it could hurt her chances of going to the WWE at some point, according to a report from The Wrestling Observer.

Shirai’s WWE offer was pulled in mid-2017 after the company found issues with her neck and heart, so it appears that Shirai is of the belief that doctors could potentially clear her, despite the original offer being pulled.
