IMPACT Wrestling announced on their official Twitter account this week that Sami Callihan has suffered a leg injury, noting that the attack came at the hands of W. Morrissey and Moose, with it unknown as to how long Callihan will be out of action for.

Callihan had actually suffered an ankle injury during the tapings and recently underwent surgery, with it later revealed that Callihan also suffered damage to his fibia and tibia.

The attack was done for storyline purposes, as Callihan was teaming with Eddie Edwards in a feud against W. Morrissey and Moose.
