– Speaking through his Twitter account following the reports of WWE donating $250,000 to his Seven Summits Challenge, former WWE Champion John “Bradshaw” Layfield hinted that he may be returning to the company down the line. In response to a fan question JBL tweeted the following, “I think it’s safe to say after announcement today on tmz that it’s highly likely.”
JBL will be placing a WWE flag on each summit he conquers. JBL’s summits in order are Mount Elbrus in Russia, Mount Vinson in Antarctica, Mount Aconcagua in Argentina, Mount Denali (Mount McKinley) in Alaska, Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, Carstensz Pyramid in Indonesia and Mount Everest in Nepal, which he will finish at in 2014. JBL’s challenge is the Messner list challenge and not the Bass list challenge as the Bass list challenge would not include Carstensz Pyramid in Indonesia and would instead include Kosciuszko in Australia.
