The list of athletes who are improving their health and recovering from injuries thanks to doing DDPYOGA continues to grow, and this week DDP welcomes Shad Gaspard to DDP Radio to tell all about how the workouts are helping him feel and perform better.
“I’ve been a pro athlete most of my adult life, and dealing with pain just seamed to be part of the job,” says Gaspard. “Then in 2008, DDP approached me about trying DDPYOGA. At first I was skeptical, but after doing his workouts for three weeks, the majority of pain my body had built up was gone. I was more flexible and athletic than I have ever been.”
Gaspard, who has had roles in “G.I. Joe: Retaliation,” BET’s “The Game,” and NBC’s “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit,” said DDP’s signature moves have turned his life around. “DDPYOGA is a great program for any level athlete,” he says. “Because flexibility is strength… and you shouldn’t have to play with pain.”
Co-hosting with DDP are TEAM DDP YOGA members Eric ‘Sparky’ Collier, Stacey Morris, and Robert McLearren, who have transformed their bodies and lives through DDP YOGA, Clean Eating, and a Positive Attitude.
The topic and guest are just a means to get the ball rolling. DDP created the show as a forum for sharing questions, concerns, and triumphs that are part of the path to better health. It’s a journey that never ends, which is why a supportive community is a crucial part of the process. You can even post questions in advance of the show on the blog section at Team DDP Yoga (if you’re already a member), or during the show in the chat room at DDP Radio.
To listen to past shows, check out the archive at DDP Radio. He begins each broadcast with an update on what’s new with him, whether it’s wrestling news, his latest acting project, or the upcoming reality series “DDP Changing Lives.” The bulk of the show is devoted to DDP’s role as game-changer…and that’s why he created DDP Radio – to help everyone out there who wants it to OWN YOUR LIFE.
