The Freedom Pro Wrestling promotion, which we mentioned on the site had recently filed to trademark former notable ECW event names, filed several more new trademarks in recent days.

On July 14th, the promotion applied to trademark the term “3 Stages of Hell”, with the filing for the trademark noting that it is for, “G & S: Entertainment in the nature of live performances by professional and amateur wrestlers and sports entertainers; Entertainment services in the nature of development, creation, production, distribution, and post-production of wrestling and sports entertainment events; Entertainment in the nature of wrestling contests; Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibits and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer.”

On July 15th, the promotion applied to trademark the terms “The Prince Of Pro Wrestling” and “November To Remember”. The filing for “The Prince of Pro Wrestling notes that it is for “G & S: Entertainment in the nature of live performances by professional and amateur wrestlers and sports entertainers; Entertainment services in the nature of development, creation, production, distribution, and post-production of wrestling and sports entertainment events; Entertainment in the nature of wrestling contests; Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibits and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer”, while the filing for “November To Remember” notes that it is also for “G & S: Entertainment in the nature of live performances by professional and amateur wrestlers and sports entertainers; Entertainment services in the nature of development, creation, production, distribution, and post-production of wrestling and sports entertainment events; Entertainment in the nature of wrestling contests; Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibits and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer.”

On July 16th, the promotion applied to trademark the term “Slapnuts” for the following use, “G & S: Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibits and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer.”

On July 17th, the promotion applied to trademark the terms “The Big Bang” and “The Revolution Will Be Streamed”. In terms of “The Big Bang” trademark, the filing notes that it is for, “G & S: Entertainment in the nature of live performances by professional and amateur wrestlers and sports entertainers; Entertainment services in the nature of development, creation, production, distribution, and post-production of wrestling and sports entertainment events; Entertainment in the nature of wrestling contests; Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibits and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer”, while “The Revolution Will Be Streamed” filing notes that it is for, “G & S: Entertainment in the nature of live performances by professional and amateur wrestlers and sports entertainers; Entertainment services in the nature of development, creation, production, distribution, and post-production of wrestling and sports entertainment events; Entertainment in the nature of wrestling contests; Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibits and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer.”
