FloSports filed a lawsuit against WWN Live (World Wrestling Network) in Travis County, Texas on September 15th in regards to WWN Live misrepresenting financial date of their internet pay-per-view and video-on-demand buyrates, with FloSports looking for damages of $1 million due to breach of contract and negligent misrepresentation.

In the lawsuit, FloSports claim that they initially asked for data to backup WWN Live’s internet pay-per-view and video-on-demand buyrates and were told that the information was lost and that WWN Live eventually did give them the information, but in the document, subscribers were listed multiple times and it also included those who just purchased DVD’s, which would not be included in a buyrate.

FloSports are said to be using a “scare tactic” in order to get out of their side of the contract, while WWN Live are said to be planning on a counterclaim, to also get out of the contract. The two sides partnered up back in October 2016 in what was reported to be a 5 year deal where WWN Live would stream their properties such as EVOLVE Wrestling, Full Impact Pro, Style Battle, SHINE Wrestling and more on FloSports’ wrestling channel FloSlam.
