El Hijo del Dr. Wagner Jr., the son of legendary Mexican wrestler Dr. Wagner Jr. was crowned the new GHC National Champion during today’s NOAH Global Honored event at the Korakuen Hall in Tokyo, Japan, defeating Masakatsu Funaki to become the new Champion.

El Hijo del Dr. Wagner Jr.’s victory brings an end to Masakatsu Funaki’s 292-day reign as the Champion.
