WWE released the following video from last night’s WWE Starrcade live event, which featured Dustin Rhodes, aka Goldust, paying tribute to his late father Dusty Rhodes and getting emotional throughout the interview.

Rhodes noted in the interview that when his father was with him and Cody when they fought The Shield, it was special and every time he has been in the ring with his father has been special, before noting that his father was not there tonight and that was very emotional for him.

Goldust then noted that he was listening to the video package on his father before his match from the backstage area and that he was shaking, because it brought him back. Dustin said that he’s very lucky and very blessed to be in the family that he is in, noting that The Rhodes Family have a pretty damn serious pedigree and legacy and that he will do his very best to uphold it as long as he can, before noting that his brother Cody will be doing it as long as he can and that all they want to make is everybody proud and love the Rhodes Family.
