In a recent interview with New Japan Pro Wrestling’s official website, DOUKI discussed several topics, including the potential of a title vs. title match against Mistico.

“Well, maybe the Japanese fans might not realise this, but Mistico tends to challenge people to mask versus mask, and title matches in every venue he’s in.

It got a good reaction, so I don’t know whether he was serious, or just saying it for the pop, but if he’s serious, I want to do it. If we did it in Mexico, it would be ten times the heat in Sendai, the crowd would be 1,000% for him, so that would be a lot of fun.”
