In speaking with Luis Gomez of the Chicago Tribune, WWE Champion CM Punk noted that the company wanted to complete the filming for his upcoming DVD at the WWE WrestleMania XXVIII pay-per-view, however he shot down the idea and noted that filming is now expected to conclude at the WWE Extreme Rules pay-per-view on April 29th in his hometown of Chicago, Illinois.
Punk stated that WWE wanted to a Road to WrestleMania type of DVD and he was like, who gives a s***, as the pay-per-view after WrestleMania is in Chicago and that’s a no brainer to him, as he’s coming home and that the last day of filming will now probably take place at the Extreme Rules pay-per-view and he wants to include his sisters and Colt Cabana in the upcoming DVD.
