In an update on WWE superstar Dean Ambrose’s recovery from injury, Ambrose was spotted this week at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida according to a report from PWInsider, however it is currently unknown as to whether Ambrose was working out in the ring or doing some physical therapy at the facility.

Ambrose has been out of action since December 2017. At the time of Ambrose’s injury, WWE stated that Ambrose would be out for up to 9 months, putting his return around August or early September.
