WWE commentator David Otunga filed documents earlier this week, calling out his ex Jennifer Hudson for allegedly making comments which violates the gag order in their custody war, according to a report from TMZ.com.

The report notes that in the documents, Otunga points to a December 4th episode of The Voice on NBC where Jennifer Hudson is talking to Davon Fleming, who is one of the contestants and made a joke about her relationships never lasting, while Otunga, who is not mentioned by name in the video, also points to an Instagram video shared by Hudson where she whispers about hate and jealousy.

Otunga is requesting the Judge in their case to find Jennifer in contempt for violating the gag order. More details are available at this link.
