WWE superstar David Otunga and his fiancee, Academy Award winning actor and singer Jennifer Hudson, have split apart after 10 years of being together, according to a report from TMZ.com.

The report notes that Otunga and Hudson are in the middle of a custody battle in regards to their son, with Jennifer Hudson filing for an order of protection against Otunga, which led to the Chicago Police requiring Otunga to leave their home. The report also states that the major issue of contention is the primary residence of their son, which Otunga, who had been at their home raising him, according to the legal filings, had requested to be with him.
