Dana Warrior, the widow of the late WWE Hall of Famer The Ultimate Warrior, has joined the WWE writing team to lend a female perspective to the team, according to news first reported by Ryan Satin of Pro Wrestling Sheet who notes that the role is not a full-time role yet.

Meanwhile, according to a report from Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com who verified the story, Dana was shadowing WWE writers at Monday Night RAW this week, learning about the creative process. Should Dana join the company in a full-time role, she will be the latest signing for a backstage role within the company.

WWE have in recent weeks signed Chris “Abyss” Parks, Jeff Jarrett, Shane “Hurricane” Helms, Sonjay Dutt and Shawn Daivari to work producer/agent roles, while former VICE and Grantland writer Dave Schilling will be joining the creative team alongside Bruce Prichard, who is expected to be the right-hand man of Vince McMahon when it comes to creative decisions.
